Healthy Start Center for Urban Breastfeeding is gearing up to celebrate Black breastfeeding Week 2023 taking place between Aug 25-Aug31 with our inaugural Breast Friend Brunch which will occur Saturday August 26th! We are calling all Black breastfeeding mamas, Black mamas who formerly breastfed, and Black mamas who are expecting and plan to breastfeed to come engage in food and fun in celebration of Black Breastfeeding. We also welcome Black birthworkers who support breastfeeding.
