The Community Health Advocate Training Program is an 8-week training specifically for single mothers residing in Allegheny County, that will prepare you to make lasting change in the health of moms and babies where you live! This is a paid opportunity and training will equip you with the skills needed to work as a Community Health Advocate. You will learn about public health and systems of health care, health equity and health disparities, communication, networking, public speaking skills, and much more.
