| Improve the overall quality of life for infants, toddlers, elementary school-age children, siblings, parents and grandparents in the communities Healthy Start serves. By utilizing multi-faceted resources and providing flexible, seamless services, it focus its efforts primarily on reducing the incidence of infant mortality and low birth weight babies across southwestern PA, thereby improving the chances that these babies will become healthy, productive adults. |
